Incorporated Association Specifications

Rewind is an Incorporated Association.

It has a 3 member board, Public Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. This board is responsible for making sure the decisions of the members don't violate the constitution, values, charity law or associations act and to make sure Rewind does not operate in insolvency.

It has an AGM around January time each year.

It fulfills charity reporting in December for reports to be published at that AGM.
