Rewind will never sell your data, we want you to be our friends, not our food. Except where required by law, Rewind retains and collects as little data as possible to maintain its services.

Data we collect include, transaction information, member information(name, address/email) booking information(made through Square, please see their privacy policy and data collection), recurring subscription information(through PayPal, please see their privacy policy and data collection). - We plan to stop using square once an alternative booking system has been created.

Rewind believes in radical transparency and privacy, our finances are accessible to the public with personal details of transactions obfuscated. The committee, treasurer, bank signatories and IT team have access to these personal details and aren't to share them, except where a binding legal request is made or in a whistleblower scenario, although sensitivity is encouraged.

Rewind complies with all binding requests for data acquisition from authority, any personal data stored on Rewind's servers or premises is done so at the persons liability.

Rewind takes no liability for the copyright status of content stored on it's servers or premises for personal use. Rewind makes active effort to maintain that, yet cannot guarantee, all shared drives are free of unlicensed material.

In the case of a breach or request for data, Rewind will make a reasonable effort to let the affected parties know.
